John Dresser - Managing Director
John established Kestrel in 1973 having previously worked as communications director for an international construction company, as an executive in mainstream PR agencies and as a freelance journalist (and as a typographical draughtsman and creator/director of holiday camp shows!) He regularly handles TV, radio and press interviews and acts as consultant to senior management facing hostile media attention. He is a specialist in community affairs and represents Kestrel on Worldcom's global crisis communications group.
Niall Dologhan - Director
Niall is a dedicated PR professional who joined Kestrel in 2001. His strength lies in his ability to understand and communicate complex messages in ways that are appropriate to their audiences. Niall is active in Worldcom and is currently serving as the Group's 'Global Knowledge Sharing' Chair. As a former local Councillor, Niall provides substantial expertise in relation to community and planning issues. He also heads up our Digital Marketing team.
Barry Walton - Account Director
Barry has over 15 years experience working as a PR consultant, joining Kestrel in 1998 after a period as PRO with Broadland District Council. Over that period Barry has been a key component in the successful promotion of our environmental service clients, utilising his expertise in media relations, crisis communications and community affiairs to drive forward strategic communications for organisations like VHE Construction and Biffa Waste Services - one of The Times Top Track 100 brands.
Naomi van Moppes - Account Director
Naomi first joined Kestrel in 1995 before leaving to start a family. She returned in 2001 and has been with us ever since. Prior to joining Kestrel, Naomi ran her own mail order business and she puts this entreprenurial talent to good use on behalf of our clients. Naomi heads up our events division where her organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail have proven extremely valuable.
Lucy Elmes - Account Manager
Since joining Kestrel in 2007 Lucy has made extremely valuable contributions across a number of our accounts. As an English Graduate from Bristol University, Lucy has first rate writing and communication skills and utilses these to good effect for the benefit of our clients. Lucy is completely dedicated and puts in all hours to achieve the right results. When she is not in the office, Lucy contributes to various online publications and is a keen travel writer and music lover.
