Case study: Moat House Hotels
Brief: Impart a totally
new company initiative via a communications vehicle that will
be available and accepted by staff at all levels in all hotels.
Activities: Kestrel relaunched
an existing staff magazine and adapted its format to tabloid 'Sun'
style - including the writing style and layout. The new company
initiative was analysed and presented in a way to show its relevance
and benefit to all staff. All stories were written from an employees
perspective and messages 'from the top' were avoided.
Result: It worked! TeamTalk
became a regular quarterly publication.
